Rebecca initially joined The Northern Block in 2013 as a type design apprentice alongside studying Graphic Design at Teesside University. She developed a strong passion for typography and has a high attention to detail, which is evident in her accreditation from ISTD and receiving a first class honours. She is particularly interested in the fundamentals and the process of type design from sketches and hand drawn letterforms to a more geometric feel.
