LP Base License Agreement (with multi-CPU pricing schedule)
A license is both a legal commitment and a bond of trust between parties. Please read carefully the terms of the following contract to which your initial use of the font software signals your agreement. We've worded the license in easy to understand language and made the terms as generous as possible. Our livelihood and ability to continue in business is dependent on the integrity of users like you. If you cannot accept these terms, please return the font software immediately for a full and prompt refund. Failure to comply with any of these terms after your initial use will constitute a breach of license, which will result in termination of the license and severe liability for damages. But more importantly, it would undercut the trust that allows us to continue in business, and to serve the font needs of users like you. Upon installing this software, you agree to the terms of the following license agreement.
Non-Exclusive License Agreement: LetterPerfect Fonts (LP), licensor, grants to you, licensee of this font software, a perpetual non-exclusive license to install and use the software on up to 5 CPUs (computer workstations) or for installation on one printer or other output device. LP font(s) may be embedded/subsetted in electronic documents for distribution over the internet for viewing & printing only. LP fonts may not be embedded in any digital commercial product or used in an internet application without a specific extension granted by LP. To obtain site licenses for use on more than 5 CPUs, for installation on more than one output device, for information on licensing LP fonts for editable embedding privileges, for use in an internet application, or for use as a webfont, contact LetterPerfect Fonts at email: support@letterspace.com
Distribution & Modification of Software: This software may not be duplicated for any purpose other than for archiving. Licensee is entitled to modify the font software for his/her own purposes only, but may in no way distribute reproduced or derivative versions in any form wherein an expert viewer would perceive possible equivalence in shape, detail or family extension.
Copyright: LetterPerfect Fonts owns the design, software, copyright and trademark of this typeface and of the collateral materials which accompany it. This license shall be considered to contain all such standard copyright and other protections as are commonly known in the trade. Violation of United States copyright law and/or international treaty provisions may result in both civil and criminal penalties.
Transfer of Rights: Licensee may not transfer any rights granted under this license to any third party.
Liability of Limits: LetterPerfect Fonts makes no warranties as to fitness of purpose. In no event will LetterPerfect Fonts be liable to licensee for any damages, including but not limited to, lost profits or lost savings or for any other claim by any party resulting from the use of this software.
Multi-CPU Pricing Schedule
