Oleg Macujev type foundry standard license agreement
This end user license agreement is a legal agreement between you and Oleg Macujev (Oleg Macujev type foundry). By purchasing, downloading or using these fonts you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Oleg Macujev type foundry grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use fonts, provided that you agree to the following:
1. You can install and use the font software at up to five (5) devices at a single (1) location. More than five computers require the purchase of additional licenses. You are permitted to make a single back-up copy.
2. You may not copy, reproduce, transmit, upload, or distribute fonts to third parties. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, disseminate, give away or lend The Fonts. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter, convert fonts or re-configure the individual character shapes to make derivative fonts or typefaces. You may not modify or remove the name(s) of the font, author?s signature, copyright and trademark notices from the original files.
3. You may embed the font in documents only as a rasterized representation of font. If embedding of the font is desired, an additional license must be purchased (please, contact Oleg Macujev type foundry).
4. You may provide a copy of the font to a service bureau or commercial printer, only if they agree to use the font exclusively for your work, agree to the terms of this license, and retain no copies of the font on completion of the work.
5. Oleg Macujev type foundry has the right to terminate your license immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy the original and any copies of the fonts.
6.THE SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED ?AS IS? WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. OLEG MACUJEV TYPE FOUNDRY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS THE WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY. IN ADDITION, OLEG MACUJEV TYPE FOUNDRY DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR THE WRITTEN MATERIALS IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENTNESS OR OTHERWISE.
The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the font rests upon you. Oleg Macujev type foundry does not warrant that the functions contained in the font will meet your requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error free.
OLEG MACUJEV TYPE FOUNDRY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE FONT EVEN IF OLEG MACUJEV TYPE FOUNDRY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
