Unauthorized copying of the font or other materials, even if modified, merged, or included with other software is strictly prohibited. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Typetanic Fonts.\u2029 \u2029 2. Acceptable Uses\u2029 You may use the licensed fonts to create fixed-size images, either printed or on-screen. You may also use the licensed fonts to create EPS files or other scalable drawings, provided that all text is converted to outlines and that all original font files will remain only in your control or the control of a third party (graphic designer, printer, or other service) working solely on your behalf. Third parties must agree to the terms of this license, and retain no copies of the font upon completion of the work. You may not make the font accessible to any other third parties.\u2029 \u2029 3. Number of users\u2029 The license for one font applies to its use on 1-5 computers in the same household. Installing the font on more than 5 CPUs requires additional licensing.\u2029 \u2029 4. Embedding\u2029 (a.) Document Embedding \u2029 You may embed the licensed fonts into any document you send to third parties. Such documents, e.g. PDF files, may be viewed and printed (but not edited) by the recipients.\u2029 (b.) Web Embedding \u2029 You may embed the licensed fonts into a web site as an image (JPG, GIF, or other), or as dynamic Flash text. For @font-face CSS embedding, please purchase a WebFont license specifically for this purpose.\u2029 (c.) Hardware and Software Embedding \u2029 Embedding fonts into software or devices that will later be on sale for purchase requires extended licensing. Please contact info@typetanic.com for information on extended licensing. You may not embed fonts with only standard licensing into software or hardware products in which the products will later be purchased.\u2029 \u2029 5.
