General provisions
Definitions of all terms in this document beginning with a capital letter (e.g. Customer, Consumer, Store) are consistent with definitions found in the Terms and Conditions of the Store available at threedotstype.com.
License terms – a document that specifies the scope of the granted licenses and the terms and conditions for granting them to Customers.
Subject of the license – Digital Products available in the Store that meet the properties of a Creative Work and are protected by the Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and related rights (consolidated text Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] of 2016, item 666). All copyrights to the Digital Product belong to the Seller. The Seller has the exclusive right to grant licenses to Customers under the terms specified in this document.
License fee – a fee for granting a license to the Customer, included in the price of the Product.
When purchasing a Digital Product, the Customer chooses the type of the license and is required to comply with its terms. Selecting and purchasing a particular Digital Product means that the Customer agrees to the licensing terms.
The scope of use of the Digital Product is determined by the license. Exceeding the terms of the granted license violates the license agreement.
In the event of a breach of the license agreement, the Seller has the right to terminate the license agreement with immediate effect. The Seller has the right to claim compensation from the Customer pursuant to general principles of civil law.
Respective types of licenses do not give the right to create derivative works based on the Digital Product.

Desktop License does not include the right to:
Pass the license to third parties.
Grant sublicenses.
Rent, lease, lend, make available on the Internet, or distribute the Digital Product.
The license includes the right of the Customer to transfer the license to a third party provided that all of the font files owned by the Customer are completely erased and that the third party accepts the licensing agreement.
The license does not provide the right to sell the font as a component of another Work within the meaning of the Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and related rights.
