FONT LIMITED USE LICENSE AGREEMENT
YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE INSTALLING THE INCLUDED SOFTWARE. INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THEM, YOU SHOULD PROMPTLY RETURN THE SOFTWARE UN-INSTALLED, AND YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.
LICENSE
The font designer (Nor Eddine Bahha) has developed and provides the computer software fonts contained on this CD-ROM (the 'Fonts') and licenses its use. You assume responsibility for the selection of the Fonts to achieve your intended results, and for the installation,use and results obtained from the Fonts.
a. Permissible Uses
(i) Title and ownership of the Fonts and the related documentation remain to the font designer (Nor Eddine Bahha). You further acknowledge that the font designer (Nor Eddine Bahha) has a valuable proprietary interest in the Fonts and documentation.
(ii) You may use the Fonts only on computers that you exclusively use.
(iii) You may not transfer or assign the Fonts or this license to any other person without the prior written consent of the font designer (Nor Eddine Bahha).
b. Restrictions
(i) You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, alter, or transfer the fonts or any copy or merged portion, in whole or in part, except as expressly provided in this license. (You may make a single copy of the Fonts for archival backup purposes in support of your use of the Fonts.)
(ii) You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, loan, resell for profit, distribute, network, or create derivative works based on all or any part of the fonts or documentation.
(iii) IF YOU USE, COPY, REPRODUCE, MODIFY, ALTER, OR TRANSFER POSSESSION OF THE FONTS OR ANY COPY OR MERGED PORTION, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS LICENSE, YOUR LICENSE WILL THEREBY TERMINATE AUTOMATICALLY AND THE FONT DESIGNER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK LEGAL REMEDY FOR ANY COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONS
TERM
The license is effective until terminated. You may terminate the license at any time by destroying the Fonts and related documentation, together with all copies thereof. This license will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term or condition contained herein. Upon such termination, you agree to return to the font designer, at your own expense, the Fonts and related documentation, together with all copies and merged portions of the Fonts or related documentation in any form.
EXPORT
You acknowledge that the laws and regulations of the United States may restrict the export and re-export of the Fonts. You agree that you will not export or re-export the Fonts or related documentation in any form without prior written consent of the font designer (Nor Eddine Bahha) and appropriate United States and foreign government approval. |
