EndUser License Agreement ("Agreement") for Juxta typeface ("Font")

Please read this EndUser License Agreement.
By downloading or using the Font, you are agreeing to be bound
by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
License
By purchasing this Font you acquire a nonexclusive, limited license
to download, install and use the Font solely for your personal, commercial purposes
strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Font may only be installed on a single workstation,
but can be used in multiple projects and for unlimited end products for sale.
You may embed the Font in documents, applications or devices either as a rasterized representation of the Font (e. g., a GIF or JPEG)
or as a subset of the Font as long as the document, application or device is distributed
in a secure format that permits only the viewing and printing but not the editing of the text.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise
make the Font available to any third party.
b) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter, or attempt to discover the source code of the Font.
Modifications to Font
Petr Bushuev reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or
permanently, the Font, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Petr Bushuev.
Petr Bushuev may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Petr Bushuev, in
the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Font and delete all copies
of the Font from your mobile device or from your desktop.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be
changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent
possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Amendments to this Agreement
Petr Bushuev reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this
Agreement at any time. If a revision is material I will provide at least 3 days' notice
prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at my
sole discretion.
