Nadine Chahine Font License Agreement Please read this agreement carefully! By installing the font, you are agreeing to the terms of this license. The fonts and artwork are licensed for 5 stations. If your configuration exceeds this format, you must contact the type designer Nadine Chahine [nadine@arabictype.com] or a licensed distributor to expand your site license. The font may not be copied or duplicated in any form except for backup purposes. The font or documentation may not be rented, leased, sub-licensed or lent to another person or entity. The font may not be returned or exchanged unless defective. Defective font shall be replaced by the same font if accompanied with a purchase receipt and the seller is notified within one week of purchase. The font software may not be renamed, modified, sold, or re-distributed in any mode or way. If you wish to modify the font software, you need express written permission from the designer Nadine Chahine [nadine@arabictype.com]. This license does not permit any form of embedding or encrypting of the font in digital documents or any other form.
