Bernardo_Castan_Martínez was born in Segovia (Spain) in 1975. As a graphic designer, he has made many tasks that have been published in monographs of local authors (mostly historians) in his hometown. One area in which most of his activity is focused is heraldry, fulfilling major commissions, such as the creation of the coat of arms of the Regional Council of Castilla and Leon Lawyers.

Today, under the name "Scriptáculum", he focuses on the study and development of ancient handwriting techniques and different fonts.
